Five-storied pagoda
A five-storied pagoda made of steel and reinforced concrete located in the center of the temple. The pagoda is approximately 37 meters high, and its exterior is based on the Asuka style, which is an older version of the five-storied pagoda of Horyuji Temple, but the interior has six floors and a spiral staircase. This is the first time that the appearance of an ancient temple has been reconstructed based on excavation results, and was designed by Fujishima Kaijiro.
Honbo Garden
This garden has been renovated and landscaped based on the parable of ``Two Rivers and Hundred Paths,'' which was preached by the Chinese monk Shantao in ``Sanzengi.'' The two rivers refer to the ``river of water'' and the ``river of fire.'' The river of water is ``coveting'' when life is going well, and the river of fire is ``having anger and resentment'' when life is going well. . These two rivers are a living hell, and the ``100 roads'' between them are likened to the path to the Pure Land.

Nissokan
Nissokan is a special Buddhist event. Due to the length of the
sun, it is generally held at Shitennoji on the vernal and
autumnal equinox days, but it was originally part of the Jodo
sect's training.Nissokan is a practice of meditating and
purifying the mind, so it doesn't seem to be something that has
been specifically decided to be done on this day.。
